DHPT Online Coaching

My Online Coaching is all about building the confidence, and the healthy appetite that you need to pursue the sort of optimal fueling targets you've already seen in the free Metabolism and Macros calculator on the other page.


Here's what's included:


  • Long term, evolving Energy Balance strategy.
  • Custom Strength & Mobility training program.
    Either on my custom Trainerize app (premium option), or use the app of your choice (standard option).
  • Report in on Wednesdays and weekends in the facebook group.
  • Message me whenever you want on whatsapp or messenger.


I'm usually available between 9am and 8pm most days unless I'm in the gym with a local client, swimming in the sea, or visiting my mother. 


Accountability? 


Nah. 

Think "shared enthusiasm" instead.


I don't think "coaching" should mean "paying a horrible man to tell me off every three days for not doing the things", or something like that.

 Let's enjoy trying our very best, together.

Costs:


You've already gotten the main thing that you need for free from this website. Coaching is for the people who appreciate getting the right advice for once, and who want to show their appreciation by supporting my business.


Therefore, we will keep it affordable, by keeping it to just the essentials. Don't pay outrageous amounts for features you don't need.


In Person Coaching:


I do a little bit of personal training at my private gym in Yanakie, just outside the Wilson's Promontory National Park.


So, Online Coaching clients are welcome to come and see me in person if you're in the area for a long weekend or holiday, or if you're close enough for a day trip.
